Before you leave

Four little things and you’re done. Tick them off as you go.

The checklist

Used towels hung in the bathroom; any you didn't use, folded on the bedroom stool. Strip the sheets and leave them on the bed. We take care of the rest. Anything you used in the kitchen goes in the dishwasher. No need to wash up. If a bin bag is full, take it down on your way out.

There's no need to clean or do anything else: just leave the flat, as much as possible, the way you found it — we'll take care of the rest.

Checkout, step by step

The windows Check that the living room and bedroom windows are closed.
Lights and AC Turn off the lights and the air conditioning before leaving.
The keys Leave them inside the flat, somewhere visible in the living room.
The door Close it behind you and make sure it shuts properly.
Let us know Message us once you're out and we'll lock the door remotely. Safe travels!

If you leave everything as you found it, perfect! Only if the flat needed to be fully reset would we ask for €20 towards the cleaning (in that case, you can leave it on the dining table).
