Getting in
Check-in, step by step
- The front door Message us on the chat when you arrive and ring the 4º-E buzzer: we'll open it remotely. If we don't answer, give us a call.
- The 4th floor Take the lift up and walk to the middle of the corridor on the left.
- Door E Once you're at the door, let us know on the chat and we'll open it remotely too.
- The keys They're on the dining table: one set for the flat and one for the building. Let us know everything's fine and you're all set!
Good to know
- Please don't ring other buzzers. If a neighbour asks, feel free to say you're doing a home exchange (HomeExchange) and that this is our main home.
- If you won't have mobile data, let us know before you arrive. Right below the flat there's a copy shop (Copy Pez) with open WiFi in case you need to get online.
- If you arrive earlier than agreed, message us and we'll tell you whether it's possible to get in at that time.
We're Rafa and Nil
Hi! We're Rafa and Nil, a couple in our thirties living in Madrid. Rafa is an architect and Nil is a digital product designer. We love travelling, getting lost in new cities, enjoying nature and discovering the architecture, food and local life of every place we visit.
This is our first year hosting through HomeExchange, but we've been on other platforms for more than 8 years and we always prepare everything with care so our guests feel comfortable, relaxed and welcome.
This is our home and we look after it with a lot of love — but while you're here, we want it to feel like yours too. We hope you enjoy the flat, the neighbourhood and Madrid as much as we enjoy living here.
